Thanet Platinum 110

  • Next edition: 9.30am, Saturday 1st September 2018
  • Distance: 115km
  • Start: Goody Ales, Herne Common
  • Entry fee: £9.00 (Audax UK & CTC members), £11.00 (non-members)
  • Sign up: Audax UK

At 115km, this is the shortest of the three Thanet Platinum rides but still packs in some fine Kentish scenery.

Follow the same route as the 200 and Century as far as Biddenden before turning eastwards through High Halden and the gently rolling terrain south of Ashford to Brabourne Lees, rejoining the 200 route back to the finish at Goody Ales.

Entry fee includes tea/coffee and snacks at the start, and a meal at the finish featuring quality local produce. The bar will be open throughout the afternoon and evening, serving Goody Ales beers, local cider, wine and soft drinks. There will also be a barbecue from 6pm, selling burgers and sausages. Friends and family are welcome to join you at the finish for a sociable afternoon/evening.
